Be an innovator, not a conformist
Being an innovator means thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo, and pushing boundaries. It requires creativity, risk-taking, and a willingness to go against the grain. In contrast, being a conformist involves following the crowd, sticking to the rules, and avoiding rocking the boat. While conformity may bring a sense of security and acceptance, true progress and change come from those who dare to be different and carve their own path.
